Getting Started
Creating Your Account
Getting started with Parense is easy:
- Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Sign up using your email, Google account, or Apple ID
- Complete your profile by selecting your parenting stage
- Explore the features and start tracking your parenting journey
Choosing Your Parenting Stage
Parense adapts to your needs based on your selected stage:
- Planning & Pregnancy: Fertility tracking, pregnancy preparation, and prenatal support
- Young Child (0-5 years): Feeding, sleep, diaper tracking, and early development milestones
- School Child (6-12 years): Growth tracking, educational support, and parenting guidance
- Teenager (13+ years): Parenting tips and support for the teenage years

Troubleshooting
App Not Working Properly?
Try these common solutions:

- Restart the app completely (close and reopen)
- Check your internet connection
- Clear the app cache in your device settings
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud if you're logged in and have internet to sync)
Login Issues?
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Make sure you're using the correct login method (Email, Google, or Apple)
- Check that your email and password are correct
- Try the "Forgot Password" option if using email login
- Ensure your Google/Apple account is active and accessible
- Check if your device's date and time settings are correct
Data Not Syncing?
If your data isn't syncing across devices:
- Verify you're logged in with the same account on all devices
- Check your internet connection
- Close and reopen the app
